Alliance SPorts CAmp 2026 Team Info

THANK YOU for being part of the 250+ strong volunteer team making Alliance Sports Camp 2026 possible. Below you will find all of the information you need to serve effectively. Please watch the appropriate videos and download the materials you need to be ready for an AMAZING week of camp!

The most important things to know

  • Bill's phone number is (814)321-8368. Call or text if you have an emergency, will miss a day, are running late, etc.
  • Arrival time is 8:00am on Monday, 8:30am on Tuesday-Friday. Please be IN the Sanctuary ready to go at that time.
  • No child should ever be alone and no volunteer should ever be alone with a child.
  • Remember to have fun, participate in the camp, and treat both campers and other volunteers with love, grace, and kindness!

Huddle Coach Stuff

Follow the links below for the current Huddles, Huddle Guides, and other Huddle-specific resources

  • Huddle Guides: Daily activities and resources for Huddle Coaches. Make sure you get the one matching your huddle grade as listed on the Huddles sheet!
  • Wordless Gospel Example: Huddle Coaches are encouraged to watch this video showing an example of the Wordless Gospel presentation you will be doing on Wednesday.

  • Daily personal prompts: Each day you will be asked to share a short, personal story to emphasize the teaching that day. Here are the prompts so you can start thinking through them:
    • Monday: Share about a time you heard the Word of God and put it into practice.
    • Tuesday: Share an example of a time you faced hard things but God was faithful to you.
    • Wednesday: Personal Testimony – How did you become a Christian and/or what does your faith mean to you? See separate video for suggestions.
    • Thursday: Tell kids about a time the Church or your community helped you
    • Friday: Tell kids about a time you received love from God and reflected it to those around you.
